Who is this for?
Leaders of established businesses in Liverpool City Region who are ambitious about defining what's next for their products and services.
Businesses from any sector with £500K turnover or higher and minimum three employees.
Able to commit two senior team members, including C-suite to the two-day bootcamp on Wed 21st & Thu 22nd October.
What's on offer?
Two-day expert-led bootcamp to help business leaders build robust project plans.
20 working day project setup period with external experts to kick-start rapid feasibility assessments.
£15k in feasibility grants to be used within 6-months for validating the project scope and idea.
Why Now?
Scaleups represent just 0.5% of UK SMEs, but generate 58% of total UK SME turnover.
80% of UK scaleups have introduced a new product or service in the last three years, 90% expect to grow.
Liverpool City Region has a scaleup density around 15% below the UK average.

2 Day Expert-Led Bootcamp
Defining the opportunity. Planning next steps.
Day 1 - Wednesday 21st October
LYVA Labs will help business leaders to develop their ideas, refine their value proposition and define the priorities for the project.
Day 2 - Thursday 22nd October
Introduction to expert development partners who will help further define the idea resulting in a clear project brief for a feasibility stage.

20 Working Days Project Setup Period
Within 20 working days of the bootcamp, ensure a kick-off meeting with your preferred partner is scheduled in the diary to secure the £15,000 grant award for feasibility activities.
Deadline is Friday 20th November.
From 23rd Oct to 20th Nov 2026
6-month feasibility development
Conduct feasibility development activities with your selected external partner.
Grant funding claims are made retrospectively and paid within 30 days. Claims can be submitted in stages to reduce cash-flow burden if required.
All grant claims to be made by 23rd April 2027.
