The eight innovative startups on the LYVA Labs' Incubator are starting the new year with fresh business skills and connections developed through the incubator, giving them the edge they need to scale up their innovations in the year ahead.
The businesses bring unique perspectives and game-changing ideas that can drive innovation in different sectors and industries across our region:
LYVA Labs’ tailored incubator and coaching are designed to accelerate businesses' development during their time on the programme. Our team provides comprehensive support, from conducting in-depth market analyses and guiding customer research to refining each business’ brand positioning.
The incubator also helps businesses target influential regional mentors while developing growth strategies. Alongside these bespoke services, the businesses have completed key modules on market and competition, value proposition, business models, intellectual property (IP) and regulation, accounting and finance, and building effective teams and collaboration. These sessions have equipped the businesses with the critical skills and insights needed to sharpen their business plans.
Looking ahead, January promises to be another exciting month. Module seven will cover data management in innovation at the Hartree Centre, Sci-Tech Daresbury, in collaboration with STFC, whilst module eight will cover brand and marketing strategy, delivered by our expert partners at Matchstick Creative.
These upcoming sessions will build on the incubator's solid foundations, providing participants with tools to manage their data more effectively and define compelling brand and marketing strategies. With such a dynamic start to the year, we cannot wait to see how these innovative businesses evolve in 2025.
