LYVA Labs has officially launched the fourth edition of its Incubator, supporting Liverpool City Region early-stage startups and innovative founders through a dedicated 6-month programme. This latest cohort welcomes seven ambitious businesses, all focused on accelerating growth, commercialising innovation, and building investable ventures.
Each start‑up in the cohort is using cutting-edge innovation to create impact across key sectors including deep tech, health & life science, and clean tech for health, strengthening the Liverpool City Region innovation ecosystem.
The programme is supported and funded by the Liverpool City Region Innovation Zone, part of the Government’s national Investment Zone Programme.
2026 Cohort
Novel cleaning technology that enables circular models for NHS trusts, and further applications for hard to recycle and reuse materials.
Bump BPM
Bump is a music technology company building innovative hardware, software and AI tools that make DJing and music production easier to learn, more precise, and more accessible for the next generation of creators.
Developing Quorph, a new foundational AI architecture based on artificial swarm intelligence with applications in quantum circuits, predictive modelling, and logistics.
The O-Wind Turbine, a patented micro wind turbine capable of harnessing winds from all directions. Its spherical, blade-less design makes it ideal for urban applications with turbulent and high-speed wind.
ProtoStem AI is the intelligent research platform that optimises, tracks, and accelerates stem cell research from experiment to commercialisation.

Advanced materials technology that transforms the challenge of legacy solutions in radiation shielding into a dynamic, engineered solution, suitable for modern applications.

Programme Launch & Workshops
The programme kicked off this week at Central Tech in Liverpool with a high‑energy introductory session, designed to inspire founders, spark collaboration, and lay the foundations for investment ready pitches and building scalable businesses.
