LYVA Labs launches Clean Tech for Health pre-seed investment fund
LYVA Labs has officially launched a new Clean Tech for Health fund, a new pre-seed investment fund offering up to £100K for startups developing innovations that deliver both environmental sustainability and health benefits. The fund has been provided by the Liverpool City Region Innovation Zone programme, which is part of the Government's national investment zone programme.
LYVA Labs invests in OCUWELL to transform global eye-care technology
LYVA Labs is proud to co-invest in OCUWELL Ltd, a pioneering University of Liverpool spin-out advancing next-generation eye-care technology. The investment, made alongside the University of Liverpool, Deepbridge Capital, and Northern Gritstone, will support the commercialisation of OCUWELL’s innovative corneal imaging system, designed to improve access to high-quality eye diagnostics.
LYVA Labs backs University of Liverpool spin-out SenseAI in seed investment round led by Foresight
SenseAI Vision Ltd, a University of Liverpool spin-out developing breakthrough imaging software for electron microscopes, has closed a seed investment round led by Foresight Group’s Ventures team, with participation from the University of Liverpool, Sivananthan Laboratories, Wren Capital, Haatch, LYVA Labs, and the Liverpool City Region Seed Fund (managed by AXM Venture Capital).
LYVA Labs launches third Liverpool City Region start-up Incubator
LYVA Labs recently launched its third Liverpool start-up incubator programme, welcoming six ambitious early-stage businesses using innovation to drive impact in health tech, deep tech, cybersecurity, and tech for good.
