Accelerate helps SMEs who have developed disruptive technologies achieve their commercialisation ambitions, providing bespoke support to enter new markets, access expert help and guidance, and unlock funding and investment.
Accelerate is built for founders and innovators who want progress, not theory.

On the LYVA Labs Accelerate programme, you’ll receive:

- 1:1 support throughout the programme from a LYVA Labs commercialisation adviser
- A tailored diagnosis to identify biggest blocker(s) to commercialisation and key drivers of growth
- Up to £10k budget towards hiring the right expert to address that challenge
- Optional pathway to follow-on investment or grant support
- Wider access to LYVA Labs’ network and ecosystem

Dr Sophie Johnson
Sophie brings over 10 years' experience as an innovation consultant with Alder Hey where she directly supported early-stage companies to break down barriers to trading with the NHS facing financial difficulties. Sophie brings practical insight into clinical environments, regulation, and real-world adoption.
Ike Cooke
Ike is a former founder and ex-banker. She has led partnerships with PLCs, worked with FTSE 100 organisations, and supported start-ups at Virgin Startup through complex growth and investment decisions. Educated in chemical engineering, chemistry and design engineering, she bridges technical depth with commercial execution.
