By joining our Consultant Panel, you’ll become part of a vibrant innovation community helping to unlock new ideas, attract investment, and create high-value jobs across the Liverpool City Region.

Complete a short Expression of Interest form and tell us about your areas of expertise, rates, and relevant experience.

2️⃣ Get matched to funded opportunities
We’ll contact you when suitable projects arise, matching your skills to SMEs’ needs. Some opportunities are fully funded, others part-funded by the beneficiary.

3️⃣ Deliver high-impact projects
Once onboarded, you’ll work directly with innovative businesses under our Consultant Framework Agreement (CFA) — helping them move from idea to market.
